Q: How can I get a list of your providers?
A: In order to make sure our clients get all of their benefits quickly and easily, we have to connect you to the hearing center for your first appointment.
If you go there on your own you will not get your benefits. For that reason we do not release a list of our providers.

Q: How much does a hearing exam cost?
A: Free. Members receive a free hearing screening with TruHearing. In some cases additional testing may be recommended that would
normally be covered by your health insurance.
Q: Am I guaranteed a discount on hearing aids?
A: Yes, as long as you pay TruHearing for your hearing aids we guarantee you will get your discounts and additional benefits.

Q: Which manufacturers does TruHearing represent?
A: TruHearing represents 6 major manufacturers including: ReSound, Phonak, Signia, Starkey, Oticon, and Widex.
Q: What if I change my mind about purchasing hearing aids?
A: .A: If you get hearing aids and are not satisfied with them the first thing to do is to talk with your hearing specialist about your situation, there is a lot they can to do help you get the best results. If that pair of aids just doesn’t work for you, an exchange to a different set of aids may be in order. You receive a 60 day trial period and can return your hearing aids within that trial period. There may be a restocking fee in the event of a return.
Q: Are my hearing aids covered by warranty?
A: Yes, you receive a 3 year warranty and 3 years of loss and damage coverage.
Q: How much are batteries?
A: Everyone who buys hearing aids through TruHearing will receive 80 free batteries.
